well i did quit while i was pregnant but i started when my son was a few months old and the other 2 times i started up was after my parents died.
when i honestly want to quit it does get a bit easier each time, but its certainly not just *snap* im done.

I’m cold turkey now for a number of days ad I could not do the patches that is still nicotine, i started to have a few sandwiches more in the day but food i can deal with, as long as the cigarettes are forgotten

The bf just quit smoking. He used Chantix and wellbutrin. He helped a lot, and now it’s been over 2 weeks! That is a cute couch also.
i quit smoking a few years ago and i felt so much better, but it was way too easy to start again.
you can do it though.
i have cut down severely though with the price of cigarettes going up so flinkin’ much.

My mother told me that it was harder for her to quit smoking that to quit drinking. She quit cold turkey before all these fancy patches and things were available. She was mean for a while.
