Members of Congress took an oath to UPHOLD the Constitution of the United States of America. When they deliberately write laws that they know are not allowed under the Constitution, then they should be tried for violating that oath… Jail time sounds good to me..

    @chicknpi – AUDIT THE FED!!!!!!!

Once that happens, the whole thing will begin to crumble.

  7. FreeTheNation says:

Check out the new executive order Obama signed on jan 11, 2010. It Creates a Council of Governors that have military and homeland security jurisdiction and authority/power……very creepy stuff.

  8. chicknpi says:

How do we fire the federal reserve?

  9. guadalupejoe1 says:

well now we are in this mess how do we get out of it? Schwartzenegger is a nazi too…..can’t count on this state to come help….he who controls the military….controls the country..therefore we have to get the military to turn on the Patriot Act and trhow that damn thing out… or get Congress to do it.

  10. FreeTheNation says:

The biggest danger is the corrupt government. EVIL corporations couldn’t do ANY of the things you mentioned if the Government wasn’t corrupt. Restoration of Constitutional Priniciples would end the vast majority of problems. I don’t know about you, but EVIL corporations aren’t forcing me to pay tax on my labor, FORCING me to fill out reams of paper work, FORCING me to stop at Police “Safety” points AKA ROADBLOCKS…. I can handle the corporations on my own… It’s the government.

  11. Soracchi says:

The biggest danger is the unchecked, government backed power of the Corps. We are creating a power structure in this country of an unchecked corporate feudal state. The power granted to the corporations in the US (because of their donations to OUR lawmakers is the real threat to American’s freedom). Your anger is justified it is just misplaced rather than railing against the progressives, try railing against the corporations who have demonstrated they have no allegiance to the USA only $.

Agreed, but those guys are not ancient, they are enlightenment era.

  15. Destry7 says:

    Right on!!

  16. FreeTheNation says:

Perhaps this was best addressed by Thomas Jefferson, John Locke and many other ancient philosophers….In short they called it a “Self Evident Truth”
    that there is a Creator.
These guys were literal geniouses. Read their thoughts on the matter.

  17. FreeTheNation says:

    Three Comments:
    1. God and Religion are two different concepts. One can belive in a creator without subscibing to any particular religious book like the bible or the Qur’an.

    2. The Public shool system in the U.S. is unconstitutional, incompetent and deliver’s piss poor results. I quit teaching b/c of how bad it was.

    3. Sexual preferences are individual free choices. Gays became militant because religious conservatives tried (and still do) to use the law to prevent them from living free

  18. Abinadi7 says:

Please be sure and stay healthy Judge Napoliatano. We need you and 10,000 more like you standing up and telling the truth out loud. And I do mean loud.

It is a bit long but talks about god in ways that you might find interesting.

You can disagree with gay all you want to, when religion takes away their rights, its a problem.

Could you post a link to a ‘militant gay’ organization, or give me the name of one of these organizations.

  22. waveoflight says:

I dont understand why you keep referencing public school. I think for myself. The reason why I have rational discussions is to see if I can learn anything new.
believing in god stops learning here is another example god created the heavens and the earth in 6 days It would follow that studding the origins of the universe would not be necessary. Learning has stopped.

I have given reasons for my statement now its your turn to give factual and logical reasons for your denying my claim.

  23. joe80dman says:

@waveoflight: Don’t take what your public school taught you as truth. Who said that it was “religion said the world is flat”? I believe this was a modern day, Marxist school district lie. One of the greatest acts at deconstructing a society, is by altering history. Why are those who disagree with homosexuals “ignorant”? I don’t care what two CONSENTING ADULTS do behind closed doors. My objection is the militant gays forcing their lifestyle onto society as “normal”, when it is obviously not.

  24. waveoflight says:

    2-2
Arguments like flat earth and earth is the center of the universe, are good examples of how religion has caused people to stop learning in the past. An argument for today chosen ignorance would be on homosexuality. People wont learn about other peoples way of life. They would take away the rights of those, if they could. Homosexuals are scorned and ridiculed because of a long dead authors fantasy.

  25. waveoflight says:

    1-2
    Simple.
Show me the proof that God exists. As of yet, it has not been done.

To compensate, people imagine what a god would be like. They are creating god. This is not learning it is creating.
Many times, people use pre-existing creations of god. They read fictitious books and think they have learned about the universe and how it functions. These books were not based on fact and reason; if any truth is actually in them, it is purely accidental.
